1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service provided by mr138, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the mr138 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

mr138 services are offered only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as an agent, broker or representative of a third party;

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold one mr138 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual, including accounts registered using another person's details, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account information updated should any changes occur.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity carried out through your account. mr138 recommends that you:

• Use a unique password that is difficult to guess;
• Do not share your login details with anyone;
• Log out each time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices;
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mr138 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount that can be requested is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes subject to successful verification. mr138 does not charge any internal processing fees, though fees charged by payment providers may apply.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by mr138 management. Users are required to complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved.

mr138 reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or activities that breach these terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mr138 offers various promotions from time to time. Our welcome bonus gives 120% on the first deposit up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will result in a bonus of RM120 with the account balance becoming RM220, and the wagering requirement is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash before the wagering requirements are met;
• mr138 reserves the right to cancel bonuses claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms;
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• The VIP programme provides weekly cashback starting from 0.3% (Bronze) to 1.5% (Diamond) depending on membership tier.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All games offered on the mr138 platform are subject to their respective game rules as stated within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical fault, system disruption or a situation beyond mr138's control that prevents a game from being completed, mr138 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the user's account. No additional compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

The use of automation software, bots, third-party assistance tools or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being terminated without warning.

Game results recorded by the mr138 system are final. Any dispute must be submitted to the support team within 7 days of the date of the incident.

• The user violates any provision in these terms and conditions;

9. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of mr138 in any claim will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to that claim.
